Documentation for Wellness Studio Manager — the free WordPress plugin for yoga, fitness, Reiki and life-coach studios.
Installation
- In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins → Add New.
- Search for Wellness Studio Manager and click Install Now, or upload the plugin ZIP file.
- Activate the plugin.
- Open the new Wellness Studio menu in WordPress Admin.
- Pick a studio template (Yoga, Fitness, Reiki or Life Coach) and add your services, instructors and locations.
The weekly schedule
Create recurring courses and sessions on your weekly schedule. Use the shortcode [aitwsm_schedule days="30"] to show the next 30 days to your visitors on any page.
Online booking
Use [aitwsm_services] to show your bookable services. Clients book with capacity limits and receive a booking reference by email. Confirm bookings, track attendance and document cancellations from the admin area — both you and the client receive email notifications.
Currency, date & time
Set currency, symbol, symbol position, decimal and thousand separators, and date/time format in the settings. Payments are optional and belong to the separate Pro add-on.
Privacy tools
The plugin includes privacy tools, an activity log and CSV export — everything stays in your own database.
Pro license
After checkout on albertoit.de, your license key is issued automatically and sent by email. Updates for the Pro add-on are delivered automatically through WordPress.
