Transfer and excursion operations, kept separate

Use one plugin for two related services without mixing their catalogues or booking records. Set up the way you work, then place the request forms on your own pages.

Vehicles and routes

Record vehicle type, passenger and luggage limits, availability and base fares. Build routes with origins, destinations, distance, duration and rates by vehicle type.

Flexible fare rules

Offer one-way or round-trip requests, passenger-group fares, optional visa or SIM fees, and configurable weekend or night surcharges. Store currencies separately; prices are not converted automatically.

Excursion catalogue

Publish tour details with location, duration, group size, languages, inclusions and exclusions, plus a per-person request form.

Scheduled departures

Add dated departures with a seat limit. Pending and confirmed requests count toward capacity, and visitors can filter the catalogue by location, activity and duration.

Booking desk

Review requests in WordPress, manage statuses, use the admin calendar and filters, and keep customer records separate from booking records.

Useful email follow-up

Send confirmations and optional one-time reminders for confirmed transfers and excursions. Set the reminder lead time; 24 hours is the default.

Customer privacy and control

  • Booking and customer information is stored in your WordPress database.
  • No license server or external SaaS API is required; plugin email uses your site’s normal WordPress mail setup.
  • WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools are supported.
  • Arabic translations and right-to-left styles are included.
Good to know: The plugin collects booking requests but does not take online payments. Flight numbers can be stored for staff; automatic flight tracking is not included.

Install in a few steps

  1. Download the ZIP below.
  2. In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP and activate it.
  3. Add vehicles and routes, set fares and options, then add excursions and scheduled departures as needed.
  4. Place the relevant shortcode on a public page.
