Client Management for Coaches Pro is the professional add-on for the free
Client Management for Coaches
plugin. It adds invoicing, a client portal, reports, online booking and more — all inside your own
WordPress dashboard.

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.8 or newer
  • PHP 7.4 or newer
  • The free Client Management for Coaches plugin, installed and active
  • Client Management for Coaches Pro (this add-on) and a WPBay.com purchase code

Installation

  1. Make sure the free Client Management for Coaches plugin is installed and active.
  2. In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Choose the Pro ZIP file (life-coach-clients-pro-*.zip) and click Install Now.
  4. Click Activate Plugin.

Activating your license

This version is licensed and updated through WPBay. Use the purchase code you received when you bought the plugin on WPBay.com; no other server is contacted for licensing or updates.

  1. Go to AIT Life Clients → Account & License.
  2. Enter your WPBay.com purchase code in the purchase code field.
  3. Click Register. You should see your plan name (Pro, Clinic or Lifetime).

Once registered, updates for the Pro add-on are delivered automatically through WPBay using the normal
WordPress update process. You can revoke the purchase code from the same screen to move it to
another site.

Shortcodes

 Shows the client portal on any page (e.g. a “My account” page).

 Shows the public online booking form (Clinic plan and above).

Create a page, paste the shortcode into it, and publish. The portal page is usually added to your
navigation menu so clients can log in.

Automatic updates

When your purchase code is registered, the Pro add-on checks for new versions automatically in WPBay and offers them
in Dashboard → Updates, just like a plugin from WordPress.org. No manual re-install
is needed. If an update does not appear, open the Plugins screen and
click Check for updates under Client Management for Coaches Pro.

Troubleshooting

  • “Requires the free plugin” — install and activate the free
    Client Management for Coaches plugin first.
  • License will not activate — check the purchase code for typos, and make sure it has not
    reached its activation limit. If it is already active on another site, revoke the code there, or contact us to reset it.
  • No updates offered — confirm your purchase code is registered, then click
    Check for updates on the Plugins screen. Some hosts block outbound
    requests; ask your host to allow outbound HTTPS connections to wpbay.com (the WPBay update server).
  • Invoices show the wrong company details — set your name, address and tax
    number under AIT Life Clients → Settings.
